Piergiorgio Aldrighetti is involved in the development of new spas and the reorganization of existing ones, combining the identity of the project, the quality of the guest experience, and economic sustainability.

His career spans from operational management to the direction of luxury spas and thermal resorts, to project management and consulting. He has led the spas at Aquardens and Cristallo Resort & SPA in Cortina and collaborated with bbspagroup and Starpool, consolidating a vision that integrates the needs of the guest, service organization, and business goals.

Today, he assists investors, architects, and management in feasibility analyses, the drafting of business plans, and the definition of the offer, personnel organization, and operational procedures. He supports the structures from the implementation of the management model to its launch, with performance analysis and team training activities.

His contribution is to translate the SPA’s vision into concrete choices: services that are consistent with the positioning, functional processes, and resources that are appropriate to the objectives. A pragmatic approach built on the experience of what a SPA should offer the guest and what is needed to make it work every day.
