Andrew has been at the forefront of spa and wellness development within the hospitality sector. He was the wellness director responsible for creating iconic spa and wellness brands such as Six Senses, Mandarin Oriental, Raffles, Fairmont, Pullman, Sofitel, MGallery, and Sensei (a wellness retreat located in Lanai, Hawaii, owned by Oracle founder, Larry Ellison). For the last 30 years plus, he has created global brands, operating in over 70 countries and managing various brands for large corporations, whilst retaining the ability to lead start-ups or advise both world leaders and university students.

As a true global citizen, he has lived in the United States, the Middle East, Asia and Europe, and has been a prominent figure thanks to volunteer work in industry associations on every continent and consultancy roles at universities.

He was a founding member and board member of the Global Wellness Summit/Institute, chair of the Wellness Tourism Association, and remains a long-time judge of the World Spa and Wellness Awards, chair of the Wellness Hall of Fame, and chair of the Health Club Management Summit.
