He gained experience in the hospitality sector, specialising from the second half of the 1990s in the SPA, Thermal & Wellness sectors. He held operational management positions in the thermal and wellness areas of complex facilities such as Grotta Giusti, Fonteverde, Bagni di Pisa, Terme di Fiuggi, Terme della Versilia and Terme di Saturnia. Since 2008, with his own brand SPA IS WONDERFUL, he has been involved in strategic business consulting, developing projects in the Wellness Tourism sector, collaborating with leading companies on the national scene and specialising in management control activities. He has attended training modules in “SPA Management” and “SPA Revenue Management” as part of courses with ITS Accademy Veneto, ITS Accademy Emilia Romagna, ITS TAB Toscana, European University for Tourism, Cidesco International, Opera Armida Barelli, European Institute for Tourism and with the Master's degree in Thermal Medicine at the University of Pisa.
Finally, it is responsible for designing personalised training plans, including through the financing of interprofessional funds.
