Medical & Longevity Manager – Terme & Spa Italia

Raffaella Di Sipio is Medical & Longevity Manager at Terme & Spa Italia, where she leads the development and implementation of medical and longevity initiatives across the entire Group, with a particular focus on translating clinical concepts into structured, measurable and scalable programmes.
Previously, he served as Director of Italcares, the national digital platform co-funded by the Ministry of Tourism to support the development of health and wellness tourism in Italy. In this role, he contributed to the creation of a national ecosystem capable of connecting spa and healthcare facilities and integrating prevention, diagnosis and treatment services.

Before dedicating himself to the health and longevity sectors, Di Sipio held senior roles in business development, regulation and the governance of complex projects, operating in large multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises and highly regulated sectors.
