Hotel Spa Director – The Longevity Suite

Ivana Lanzara is a wellness and luxury hospitality professional with solid international experience in the management, development and opening of exceptional spas.
She holds a Master's degree in Languages and is a Spa Manager certified by Raison d'Être. She has built her professional career in high-end hospitality contexts, gaining over seven years of experience at Borgo Egnazia in Puglia, where she held roles of increasing responsibility up to Spa Director.
Today he is Hotel Spa Director of The Longevity Suite, the leading European network in the longevity and health optimisation sector. He guides the strategy, development and operations of The Longevity SPAs, coordinating a portfolio of five destinations of excellence: Portrait Milano, The Lake Como EDITION, Luxury Collection Bodrum, Costa Ragusa Sicily and Grand Hotel Ampezzo, Cortina.
It is also engaged in developing an ambitious plan for new international openings, contributing to the design, development and launch of several future destinations.
His approach combines strategic vision, a culture of hospitality and a tailored approach to experience, with the aim of elevating the concept of the spa towards a new idea of luxury, wellness and longevity.
Drawing on her expertise in luxury wellness and hospitality management, Ivana contributes to the evolution of the contemporary spa by integrating scientific longevity protocols, innovative technologies and personalised pathways focused on preventive healthcare, performance and long-term well-being.
