Spa & Wellness Strategist
I am a specialist in the spa and wellness sector, with over 25 years of experience working alongside developers, owners and luxury hotel groups in creating wellness-focused destinations that are commercially successful and operationally sound.
Through SHC, I collaborate with the project teams from the initial phases of feasibility and corporate planning, following the entire process: from concept design to pre-opening management, to post-opening optimization. My expertise spans from feasibility studies and financial models to space planning, development of treatments and menus, definition of staff structures, training programs, and operational setup, ensuring that the wellness facilities are fully efficient from day one.
I have worked on projects of great importance, including Soho House, The Ned London, Bulgari Spa London, The Grove Hotel, Pennyhill Park, Boringdon Hall, Saunton Sands and The Lakes by Yoo.
I also supported the launch of Surrenne at The Emory for the Maybourne group, managing the financial planning, treatment development, and operational management during the pre-opening phase. More recently, I oversaw the development of the spa concept for Fulham Football Club, following its progression from feasibility to pre-opening phase.
Among the projects currently underway are global feasibility and development consulting for initiatives in Los Angeles, Morocco and at a country club in the United Kingdom; these are complemented by recent studies for Cambridge House, Mandarin Oriental Miami, the Peninsula Hotels chain internationally and a luxury resort in the Maldives.
