Graduated cum laude in Psychological Sciences of Human Resources, Organizations and Business, Daniela Virgintino combines over twenty years of experience in Wellness with expertise in leadership, training and the development of services of excellence.

As Cluster Manager of the five Thermal Medical Spas at GB Thermae Hotels, he coordinates the activities and teams, overseeing the organization of services, the selection and professional growth of people, and the quality of the guest experience. He promotes collaboration between the Spas, the hotel departments, and the medical teams, helping to integrate hospitality, wellness, and thermal culture.

It also deals with the training of staff, the improvement of operational procedures and the monitoring of results, participating in the development of treatments, pathways and proposals that enhance the identity of the facilities and meet the needs of guests.

Alongside her managerial career, she has extensive experience teaching Spa Management and training wellness professionals.

She is the author of the book Scegliere Gestire Lavorare nel Benessere, published by Tecniche Nuove, and a contributor to the volume Le tipologie energetiche e il loro riflesso nell’uomo, and co-author of a scientific article published in 2026 in the journal Journal of Inclusive Methodology and Technology in Learning and Teaching.
