CEO – Snow Group

Delphine Fraignaud graduated from Neoma Business School in 2000 and then began her career in strategic marketing and brand development (for brands such as Davidoff and Vivienne Westwood) at COTY.

In 2007, he left the American multinational to join SISLEY, a family-run company, where he held the position of International CMO for the Skincare line and director of the French subsidiary. He contributed to the company's success for 13 years, overseeing the revitalisation of the Skincare business and the brand's digitalisation.

In 2022, she returned to COTY to develop the Skincare business and strengthen its performance. As Vice President, Global Commercial Skincare, she oversaw the rapid global growth of the LANCASTER, PHILOSOPHY, and ORVEDA brands, particularly in China and the United States.

At 47 years old, with 25 years of experience in the beauty and luxury sectors, Delphine Fraignaud is joining SNOW Group as CEO to accelerate the Group's growth in France and internationally. A highly experienced manager, she will lead a passionate team of 560 employees and will sit on the Group's Board of Directors alongside the shareholders: Julien Patty, Chairman and Founder, and Laurent and Cédric Batteur, Chairman and CEO of Laboratoires Gilbert respectively.
