General Manager – Spas & Thermal Baths Italy

Originally from Salerno and adopted Tuscan, Antonello Del Regno, born in 1967, boasts extensive experience in the hospitality sector, gained both in Italy and abroad. After graduating, he took his first steps in the field in Milan, in hotels primarily geared towards business, where he trained as a front office manager. This was followed by experience in the food & beverage sector in England at the Cross Hands Hotel. In 1989, he returned to Italy and began working at Terme di Saturnia, holding various roles: Head of the Reservations Office, Management of the Meetings & Congresses Division, and Deputy Manager.
In the same years, he attended training courses focusing on sales techniques, management budget control in Food & Beverage, Personal Coaching and Brand Engagement, gaining significant expertise in strategic web marketing and the computerised management of sales processes.

In 2012, he left Terme di Saturnia to take on the general management of Fonteverde Tuscan Spa Resort, a thermal resort in San Casciano dei Bagni (Siena) associated with The Leading Hotels of the World and Virtuoso Hotels and Resorts, where he remained for 9 years (until November 2021). During this period, he also collaborated with the Italian Hospitality Collection group for the hotels Le Massif in Courmayeur and Chia Laguna in Sardinia: prestigious establishments part of the same collection as Fonteverde.

He returned to Terme di Saturnia in December 2021 as General Manager. In this role, he assumed and still holds responsibility for the management, organisation and development of all areas of the Resort: the 5-star Hotel, the SPA, the Club, the Golf and the Thermal Park.

In these years, Del Regno has led Terme di Saturnia, achieving the best results in its recent history and inaugurating a new phase of development characterised by investment, innovation and an increasingly health, longevity and experience quality-focused vision.
A journey marked by success and steady, structured growth: from 2019 to the present, in fact, Terme di Saturnia has recorded overall growth of 64%, rising from €16.5 million to €28.2 million, with an average annual growth rate of 8.6%.

From 1 August 2026, Antonello Del Regno will take up the appointment of Group Chief Executive Officer.
