Annarita Di Giacomo is a professional with over 20 years of experience in the wellness and high-end hospitality industry. She began her career in tourism, dealing with international events and strategic communication. From 2004 to 2013 she worked with Terme di Saturnia, covering key roles until becoming Spa Manager. During this period she contributed to bringing the structure into the circuit of the "Leading Hotels of the World", obtaining the "Leading Spa" certification.
In 2014, Annarita joined the Mandarin Oriental group as Director of Spa & Wellness, leading the opening of the brand's first spa in Italy. She then coordinates strategic projects such as the rebranding of the spa on Lake Como, overseeing the definition of standards, the selection of the future Spa Manager and the training of the team. In 2021, she also successfully supervised the opening of the Spa at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid.
Her vision is based on excellence, personalised service and the use of innovation to offer distinctive wellness experiences, with a focus on continuous staff training and quality guest relations.
