Verena Lasvigne is the Founder and CEO of VLF Spa Consulting, an international consulting firm that assists luxury hotels, resorts, developers and owners in defining strategies, concepts, design, operational management and commercial performance for spas and wellness centers.

With over twenty-five years of experience in the luxury hospitality and wellness sector – twenty of which were spent at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts – Verena brings to the development process the practical perspective of someone who has directly managed the facilities. Since founding VLF Spa Consulting in 2021, she has contributed to projects on four continents for brands and groups such as Four Seasons, Airelles, Maybourne, and Cheval Blanc.

An international speaker and French ambassador for Global Wellness Day and World Digital Detox Day, Verena is convinced that a successful wellness offering must go beyond the beauty of the facilities and the trends of the moment, creating meaningful experiences for guests, functional for teams and profitable for owners.
