Magno Cristiani, born in Italy in 1974, is a manager with over twenty-five years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with a career that has seen him play a leading role in some of the most prestigious international realities. Currently Sole Director of Palazzo Fiuggi, Wellness Medical Spa awarded at the Condé Nast Traveller Wellness & Spa Awards, he has held leadership roles for over twenty years at the Forte Village Resort in Sardinia, recognised as one of the best resorts in the world.
His career has led him to manage outstanding hospitality projects such as Palazzo Doglio, Castel Monastero and La Maddalena Hotel & Yacht Club, contributing to the opening and development of luxury facilities in Italy. With solid skills in strategy, product development and operational management, he has led major investments and international teams, distinguishing himself for his leadership, innovative vision and focus on sustainability.
