General Spa Manager - Quellenhof Luxury Resorts

Alessandra Scatà was born in the world of wellness centres. In Italy she obtained a diploma as a surveyor and a professional qualification in aesthetics, which she then supplemented with numerous courses in management and communication.
After spending several years in a spa in India where she learnt and refined her first skills in the field of massage and psychophysical wellbeing, she moved to the United States in 1997, first to Berkeley (San Francisco) and then to Sedona. Here she became an expert in communication and in particular in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and participated in specific training in a "Beyond Psycology" programme while continuing her further training in the wellness sector.
Thanks to her expertise, she starts collaborations with several Italian institutes to teach wellness management in various specialisation courses.
Alessandra's skills also embrace areas that are atypical for health and wellness professionals. In fact, she conducts 'Dog Massage' courses together with Dr Andrea Bonato to teach which massages to perform in order to promote the relaxation and wellbeing of her four-legged friends.
Since 1997, she has worked on the creation of wellness centres in hotels and tourist facilities and has organised SPA courses for managers, entrepreneurs and operators in the sector.
She collaborates with various architects specialised in the SPA sector for the design and realisation of major centres, providing consultancy for the identification of the concept and philosophy of the centre, supplying cost and revenue analyses, business plans, investment plans, conception and realisation of branded cosmetic lines complete with operating protocols, and then dealing with staff training, general organisation of the centre and initial start-up or repositioning.
She currently resides and works daily with the 'Quellenhof Luxury Resorts' where she is developing the inclusion of the new Biohacking and Longevity department in collaboration with Dr. Massimo Filippo, Dr. Ernst Fopp and the entire 'Quellenhof' team.
