Group Director of Spa, Leisure, and Wellness - Mandarin Oriental

He has extensive international experience, having served as Senior Vice President of Wellness, Strategy and Design at Accor for the past seven years. Based in Paris, he was responsible for driving global innovation in wellness for all of Accor's luxury and lifestyle brands, aiming to innovate design, improve guest experience and operational excellence.
Prior to Accor, Emlyn held various senior positions globally in the wellness industry, including Global Design Director and MD Asia for Resense Spas, based in Geneva and Beijing. He also served as Wellness Director for leading Bangkok-based consultancy GOCO Hospitality, where he developed concepts and operational support for leading brands such as MGM, Starwood, Ritz-Carlton, Emaar, Msheireb and Viceroy. His previous experience includes three years at Six Senses Hotels and Resorts as Director of Spa Operations for Europe and later for the APAC region. He also worked at the Burj Al Arab. Emlyn began his career in luxury spas, spending seven years at Holmes Place, where he developed the Swiss and German portfolio.
