As Regional Spa & Wellness Director EMEA at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, he oversees the wellness strategy and spa operations at several luxury properties, including the renowned BOR Hotel by Karisma. His leadership drives innovation in wellness services, integrating cutting-edge technology and personalised care to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Darko's career includes senior roles in prestigious global brands such as One&Only Resorts and OneSpaWorld, where he has successfully led multicultural teams and managed some of the world's best spa destinations. He is recognised for his modern, results-oriented approach that combines wellness, science and excellence in hospitality. Under his leadership, Vassa Spa by Karisma has won numerous national and international awards. In 2024 alone, the spa was awarded Best Spa Hotel in Serbia at the World Spa Awards and won three major awards at the World Luxury Spa Awards:
