Managing Director - Spa Strategy

Claire Way is managing director of the international consulting company Spa Strategy.

Way joined the company in 2006 and was previously EAME's Director of Operations and Business Development. She leads Spa Strategy's work in market research, concept development, design and brand development.

Way has over 20 years of experience in the spa industry and, prior to joining Spa Strategy, was director of the spa group of Per Aquum Resorts & Spas.
